University launches new website

Cambridge University today launched a new website dedicated to the North West Cambridge Development.

The site contains details of the project and an outline of the timetable for the planning process.

The website will be a vital element of the University's community involvement and consultation process as it seeks views on its proposals for the future of this area.

"At every stage of the planning process, we will be consulting widely with individuals and organisations with an interest in the scheme so that we can learn about and address all of the issues that are important to the people of Cambridge", said Project Director, Roger Taylor.

"The new website is an important part of the consultation process," Roger added. "It offers opportunities for people to give their views and comments on several aspects of the project that we know will be of interest to a wide range of individuals and organisations. We'd like to hear those views."
