The North West Cambridge Development site is a mile from the Gravel Hill Farm Project Office and there are different access points depending on the nature of your visit.

Gravel Hill Farm is located on the University’s Madingley Rise site, off of Madingley Road. Vehicular access is from Madingley Road only.
From the city centre, travel along Madingley Road and turn right in to Madingley Rise (situated opposite the West Cambridge site and Cavendish Laboratory).
From outside of the city, follow signs for the A1303 (Madingley Road) and head towards the city centre. Shortly after the Madingley Road Park and Ride site and opposite the West Cambridge site and Cavendish Laboratory (second set of traffic lights) turn left to Madingley Rise.
The Madingley Rise buildings are clearly signposted, you will see Gravel Hill Farm at the top of the site on the left. There is parking to the left of the office or in front of the studio.
There is alternative pedestrian and cycle access from Huntingdon Road or the city centre, using Storey's Way or Horse Chestnut Avenue. There is cycle storage on site.
The dedicated Construction Access Road is accessed from Madingley Road, west of the Park and Ride.
From the city centre, travel along Madingley Road and turn right in to the site immediately after the Park and Ride.
From outside of the city, follow signs for the A1303 (Madingley Road) and head towards the city centre. Shortly after the bridge for the M11 turn left for the construction access (before the Park and Ride).
The construction access is clearly signposted and is manned with barriers.

The Primary School is situated in the development, on Eddington Avenue, this road is open to public vehicles. However parking is limited, there are some visitor spaces in the school car park and some laybys. If you are visiting during the school drop off and pick up time you may need to find an alternative place to park (Whitehouse Lane). The site is accessible on foot and by bike from Huntingdon Road, with plenty of cycle storage. http://universityprimaryschool.org.uk/contact-us/
